The major television networks have just announced their fall lineup, and one ABC show features a character billed as a “semi-nudist.” The show, The Middle, is produced by Warner Brothers and stars Everybody Loves Raymond star Patricia Heaton. The plot centers around a Midwestern family whose parents try to manage life with three children–a teenage son (the semi-nudist), a teenage daughter and a seven-year-old son. No word yet if the show will portray an accurate view of nudism, but it’s progress that a nudist will be featured in a mainstream, prime time show. Stay tuned.
